I believe there was recently a change in managment. The new managment is not very professional. To be honest,they're down right ghetto. I have a strong feeling this appartment complex is going to go down heel really fast due to the poor and ghetto fabulous managment.

On the other hand, I haven't had any problems with late fees (as I pay my rent on time). I haven't had trouble with managment trying to come into my appartment unannounced or going through my trash like the previous poster. I do not have a bug in my unit at all.

The appartment itself is not bad at all, however with the new change in managment, I'll be looking to move when my lease is up.
