Things have definitely changed

The new management has definitely made some changes, and not very many of them are for the better. Aside from the fact that rent has continually increased over the course of the 2 and 1/2 years that I have lived here, the "amenities" that are touted as a part of the community have become virtually non-existent. Yes, there's a pool, but the barbecue grills were vandalized last year and have yet to be replaced. Also, the area is changing, I am aware of two break-ins in the last year, both in BROAD daylight. The recent changes in office staffing have also been horrendous. The unprofessional nature in which I have been "helped" the past few times that I had to deal with the office has helped me make up my mind. After consistently paying my rent a month early for 2 years, I was assessed a late fee when I has paid my rent two weeks prior and then was told that I can't expect VDM to "be my bank" and that it needs to be my responsibility making sure they get paid . . I will NOT renew this time around.
