First off I have to say I lived in this apartment some time ago so things may have changed. Originally this was a Jefferson property so it was top of the line back in the day! I believe this property was constructed in 1985. It was under Archon management when I lived there.

Good
Location - Across the street from a nice Tom Thumb and a Kroger. Not a long drive to the Parks Mall.
Residents - No issues when I lived there. There was a bad fire in one of the buildings and it was pretty much was destroyed due to someone smoking on a patio. They totally rebuilt the building.
Property - Was nice when I lived there. Since this was originally a Jefferson large multi family development it had two workout rooms, two pools, volleyball, and tennis. I would tour the property to see if it s still kept up.
Office Staff - Was courteous when I lived there.
*Smallest floorplan has a washer and dryer stack unit.

Bad
Nothing that I can recall.

Bottom Line
While this is an older apartment it is still probably a good. Please drive the property in the day AND night to see how it is now. Prices on their properties management page seem higher than nicer complexes in the area. I would recommend based on my experiences.
