They were cherry picking prospective tenants based on ethnicity. They were very good at replying inquiries about availability and told me that there were vacancies and just to walk in to look at the property. When I visited the office, a management lady told me that there was no available room and tried to hook me up with a locating agent. I am neither white nor black and it was an obvious discrimination since I witnessed that the same type of room I was looking for was available for a couple who came right after I was turned away.

I was also in the office on 8/11/07. The staff was very nice and they told me that they did have apartments available, but they did not have the one that I wanted until mid september. I needed it ASAP and cannot wait, but if I needed it now I would have rented there.
