i've lived here for about 9 months and will not be renewing my lease. its a nice, safe complex. however, they're really proud of the units they have to offer, when in my opinion they're nice but not worth the money we pay. i agree with other posters...the manager is a witch. shes always SO rude to my boyfriend and i when we go talk to her. she acts like we're the dumbest people ever, and that its such an incovenience to help us. i also think we can find a decent apartment, around the same size, for about $200 less a month. we're in the process of looking and have so far found several other complexes that are WAY cheaper, but the equivalent to this place. we've also had major problems with very loud neighbors, but thats not villa's fault. we know we'll get that anywhere. be sure to lock your deadbolts though. just today i was getting ready for work...in my underwear, when a maitenance guy unlocked the door...without even knocking first. lucky for me (and him) the deadbolt was locked. however, thats not the first time they're tried to let themselves in.

Way to go! I'm glad someone else has the same opinion that my husband and I have. We also have family and friends that moved in about the same time we did and are having a horrible time here!!! It's like the manager wants you in to take your money but, once you're living here...she hates you! LOL! Anyway! Thanks for the truth! I think she's on here deleting some postings and posting the "good ones".

I have lived here over a year and disagree with both of you. But that is just what this site is for. People's opinions and beliefs are just that, other people's opinions amd beliefs. As far as finding something in the aera way less expensive, YEAH RIGHT!! If you want to live in a dump or next to druggies. I like my apartment and have never had any problems with office people. I don't think that peoples opinions can be deleted from this site. it's all about free speech.
