I have lived at Villa Del Mar for a little over a year now. This is my first apartment, and I really like it here. I have never had any major problems, and the few times I have had to contact the staff, the problem was fixed promptly and correctly. The area that I live in is very quiet, and I hardly even see my neighbors, and let alone, hear them. The rent is a little expensive for a one bedroom, but for the value, I feel it is money well spent. I have no complaints, and I feel very safe and comfortable walking across the apartment complex after dark. The dumpters are emptied 2-3 times a week, the access gates work properly, the pools are kept clean and safe, and a landscaping company comes out once a week to mow the grass. This apartment complex is in a nice part of Arlington, with easy access to I20 and plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. If you're looking for a nice apartment complex, in a good part of town, you may want to consider Villa Del Mar.

ummm....you obviously did not live there when someone was shot and killed....for real! Those places are so not worth the money! I have seen WAY better for that cost!

They had to shut down the apt one night because there was a criminal hiding at VDM...this place is sooo unsafe!
