Nice apartments. Quiet, peaceful place to live. Love the pine and other trees. Management courteous. Maintenance requests taken care of and done promptly. No loud locus here! Lots of finches (small birds). It's quiet enough to hear them around the complex. Apartments newly painted while living here. Pretty place to live. Compared to so many apartment complexes this is a pretty and well taken care of place to live. There is one problem, though. Tenants leave their pets' waste all over the grounds. The children who play on the grounds surrounding the children's playground equipment, in particular, step in the waste which is all over that area. You can't walk on any grassy area without having to step over the pet waste or smell the stench of it. If you can ignore that, this is a pretty and nice place to live.
