Village Green is wonderful in sales lines, they say just what you want to hear to get you to sighn the lease. After you sighn the things that were said and promissed just seem to vanish. There is no staff on weekends and matanance issues take forever to fix. You are told that carpets are cleaned free each year and replaced after 3 years don't believe it.
