It's currently under new managment and they are wonderful. The maintance is good as well. I have to admitt that is a little high priced, but worth it to me to have a back yard, my own private parking space. They have really cleaned the place up compared to when I moved in. They are really working on uplifing this property. I would suggest this place to anyone with kids. The backyards really help.
