The maintenance crew is competent and punctual. Management is friendly and accomodating. It's the quietest place I've ever lived, both because of the tenants and the well-sound-proofed walls. Most of the people I've met here have been living here for 5-10 years and love it. I'll be moving soon - to another apartment in the same complex.

This poster is obviously an idiot. The walls are definitely NOT "sound proofed." In '09 the complex was party central. If you want a quiet place to live, then keep looking.
