I am still living there but dont plan on renewing. Security gates are always open. Outdoor lighting and landscaping needs serious improvement. Parking lot constantly full of gangsters and thugs. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I agree. I currently live there and they are letting the wrong type of people into this complex. Someone got robbed in the parking lot just before x-mas at gunpoint. It's a sad state of affairs here.

It's much the same in '09. What people don't realize is that (other than the low life's that live in Walnut Creek..) the complex across the street on Sublet is government subsidised.
