Maintenance is GREAT! THe staff is friendly and accomodating. The complex is pretty quiet with the occasional night owl making noise. Not sure if its just my building or all of them, but the walls or thin. I can hear when my neighbors are in running water in the bathroom. Thank goodness most of them bath early at night.
Parking is never an issue. However, safety is an issue. One of my neighbors has had a vehicle stolen and another broken into. The week of Thanksgiving, a notice was given about an armed robbery on the complex. Unforunately, crime happens everywhere. I am thankful and appreciative that the staff notified us instead of covering it up. Neighbors look out for each other and we are all like extended family.

The insides are nice, but good use some updated. The woodwork in the kitchen and bathroom are ugly and plain.

This review is out dated. I lived there from late '07-early '09 and it was the worst place I'd ever lived (other than the US Army barracks.) Actually, the barracks weren't that much worse than Walnut Creek.
