If you like a hot shower on a regular basis don't move here. The hot water is constantly turned off. Maintenance consists of 3 lazy fellow who have yet to touch my move in list and I have been here 6 months.
My toilet had been broken for 2 months still no one has even come to look at the problem. Cars are constantly being broken into. The office staff is rude and unwilling to help you. The grounds are always muddy, there is dog mess everywhere. There is no where for the children who live here to play so the play in the pool area and laundry room. I hate it here and will not be renewing my lease!
