First off, let me state that I have always paid my rent on time, I am a married and responsible.
This review is not being typed by a crack head with a grudge.
Walnut Creek is absolutely awful.
I have lived there for almost four years and can not wait until my lease is up.
The previous reviews were very accurate about the hot water issue but that is not the only one.
There are ants, scorpions, and the grounds are a mess.
Current management is a joke,(this is like the 5th company) it takes forever to get an work order taken care of and if it gets taken care of all, consider yourself lucky.
In short, if you are looking for a place where you don't mind the occasional cold shower, violence and living in fear, this is the place for you.
Last month alone there were cops on the grounds atleast once to two times a week for various reasons.
Seriously think before you move here, they promise alot but deliver very little.

Yeah, I think a large part of the violence problem is that there's a government assisted complex right across the street on Sublet.
