Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have been a tenant here since March of 05 and it has been an ok experience until the new owners and management took over in approximately August of 2006.The managers are very unfriendly and too young to handle a customer service position of this magnitude.
This past January the foundation was "over corrected" which caused a deluge of additonal problems in my building. I have had 2 bursted pipes, 2 incidences of my upstairs neighbors food disposal backing up in my kitchen sinks, my walls lifted up and away from my floor, not to mention the 20 some odd cracks on my apartment walls.
When I asked for a transfer as a result of all these problems, I was treated like a new resident, I had to verify my employment, (even though the rent has never been late in the 2 years I have lived here),I was asked to pay another deposit, a $50 administration fee, and top it off I was told that I would have to pay rent on both apartments while I was moving. I have never in all my years of renting dealt with such unprofessional uncaring managers as the ones I have seen here. And I do agree with the other person, the grounds are a mess, and since they have begun the renovations the gutters have been removed which cause me to have to clean mud away from my door and doorstep every single time it rains.
Unfortunately I just signed another lease and will have to endure another 10 months of this chaos before I can move. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
