OK so I moved here in Jun of 2007. We have lived in two apartments. I have witnessed personally a young woman get beat in the parkling lot, my upstairs neighbor calls the police on me and my husband for partying every night....I am a college student, work full time, and 6 months pregnant...not a lot of partying going on. If we are on our patio talking to a friend passng by we get the police called and when they get there they roll their eyes and look at my upstairs neighbors window and shake their head. This has been an issue since last September and we still have not seen the office do anything. When we moved out of our first apartment they charged us so many fees it was ridiculous and used our dog as an excuse...he is 7 years old and just sleeps all day..how can he cause that much damage'''' It is a horrible place and I cant wait until I can move out. Not to mention I pay 840 a month for a tiny two bedroom with wall damage, bugs, a horrible old smokey smell, and new carpet that is already falling apart!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE AND THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS!!!

I have lived at Walnut Creek for 8 years now and have never had any problems with my neighbors yet alone management. Have you spoken directly to the property manager about your concerns? If not, you may consider doing so, that way the time you left here maybe you won't be so miserable.

Sorry, sista but when I lived there, I called the police on my neighbors for the same thing. The walls to the complex are extremely thin, so you hear verbatim people's conversations when they are on their balcony. I have heard all kids of things that I am sure my neighrbors would have been embarrassed to know I knew. And when it's midnight or later, it is time for you to go inside and not be outside talking extra loud. So, I can't say that I am mad at your neighbors. Been there done that!

I had to live there for two months in 2005 and I know your pain. All I can say is move the first chance you get. BTW, when we moved we were charged for carpet cleaning (we only lived there 2 months) for stains that I noted on our move in check list. I posted my review in 2005.

This is probably the white trash that lived below me. The lowlifes that lived below me had their patio going, and the patio next door as well. They'd have company over, and drink till 4 am. The group would erupt with loud laughter as if no one's trying to sleep... I'd hear beer cans being crunched, the camel belches.. I hope this poster has to live with people like them when they decide to grow up and be responsible and considerate.
