my boyfriend and i have lived here almost a year. for a while we planned on renewing our lease. that was, up until last night. first of all, our cat got fleas from this place. we took him to the vet, fogged the apartment, and professionally cleaned the carpets. there is NO WAY IN THE WORLD they replaced or even had the carpets cleaned before we moved in. the crap that came up from the carpet was like mud....and we are NOT dirty people. there is no way we could've made that much dirt from 3 months of living. our cat STILL has fleas btw. and last night while cooking dinner we found an odd looking black spot on the ceiling. my boyfriend got a paper towel to wipe it off...turns out it was a cluster of black bugs. we're still not sure what exactly they were. also, the apartment constantly smells like someone is chain smoking, and one of our neighbors owns a drum set. :/ management is not very helpful or sympathetic about anything. we're definately not staying.

by your "I hate the world" standard yes, but I have not had any problem, and it seems as if you and this young lady are the only ones who have, and she isn't a bitter over critical fool.
