When I moved in the rental prices were a lot better. Now they've increased and i'm waiting to see how much they'll try to increase my rent. The office staff is nice. I read another review that said the complex had tons of grass (actual green grass) on property. That's not true. The front of the complex is really nice and green, but when you get to the back you'll find a lot less grass. The neighbors are very nice though.

I agree! The office staff and neighbors are very nice! I have been here for a year and will be moving out this month, sadly. I have a lot of green grass where I stay. I wish their prices were cheaper, but this place is definately worth the money. The maintenance people are very nice and helpful as well. They are usually out the same day I make a work order. Love it here!

I put a response to this in my original post, but it fell under the first poster, so.. You might not see it. I don't think that what I said was all that offensive and rude. But if you took it that way, I apologize. Bah, this deleted my initial response. That's alright, I just baasically said you were overly tolerant. Btw... If you want to help out the considerate ppl who live around you. Then, go tell the front office that you do know of such and such apartment having loud late night parites. I'm sure the ppl who live near them would appreciate it--although telling management probably won't change the behavior... I would like to thank you for confirming the complaints that I had listed. But do me a favor.. Imagine how you'd feel if someone new moves in that DOES have the parties that you know go on there--RIGHT BELOW YOUR BEDROOM WINDOW! I don't know your marital status, but I'm married and have a 5 year old daughter. It was terrible, and the frustration I had built up over the time I'd lived there that resulted not only from the neighbors, but the apathy of the management (which turned into them accusing me of being the problem..) You can sense that I'm venting a bit. But what I wrote was actually what happened. I don't think I can really put it in words how angry I was that I had to deal with that for so long, and in the end the only way to resolve it was for me to incur the expense and trouble of moving.

If you had problems that's sad, but don't go accusing me of tolerating everything. Did you ever think about the fact that maybe not everyone lives under the same conditions as you! Rude! I know exactly what you're talking about with the parties in the complex, but luckily I do not live near them....so why would I complain about something that doesn't effect me? Also, I've never had a $60 water bill, so again....why the hell would I complain about that? I've had problems with management just like everyone else, but I've dealt with them each time and then moved on like an adult.
