I made a mistake by rushing in to lease this apartment.VERy BIG mistake. The carpet was in very bad condition as was the tile in the kitchen and bathroom and mini blinds. They replaced nothing.I can not beleive that they did not replace any of these things before I moved in.On going management problems. When I asked for new carpet they decided that in exchange they would would charge me for the washer and dryer(orginally free)In exchange for new carpet. I continue to have small ANT problems throught the apt and cant get rid of them. Look else where before renting at this complex.Very poor management.The first comment from the manger was that "we are not perfect"That continues to this very day.
