Walnut Ridge Apartments

No Place is Perfect From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   As a newly graduated college student, I guess that Walnut Ridge is okay. I do have to admit that the quality of maintnance is below average, and in order to get anything done you have to bite someones head off. Several of the units have substantial roof damage on the third floor, and the fact that someone chose to put Christmas style wallpaper in almost every room does not say much. One thing that I must admit is that the management staff have always been very understanding, but the staff who works weekends is enough to make you pull your hair out. The property is very peaceful and clean. Hey who am I to complain, I live in one of the nicer parts of Arlington in a nice-sized apartment for $490, and I know that with certain specials, the rent is lower than that. So shop around, but don't overlook Walnut Ridge!
