Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I have lived here two years. Never had too much problems BUT some how the water is always turning off. Hello higher a plumber! Quite nice place BUT managers suck. I misplaced my gate key (rain is a lot of fun) and the made me buy a new one($50) when i will kind the other one in a few days. They would not give me the code, but i KNOW other tenents have it.
