Since the new management has come this place has really gone down hill. I hate the fact that I have carpet in my bathroom. I have been there for bout 3 years. And after 3 yrs of showers. You would have to wonder bout the mold under the carpet.I need new carpet in my place. And the carpet cleaning people are no good. They redone our roofs after the storm. They gave us no notice bout the roofing jobs. Let us know that work will be come and telling us what buildings they will be working on. What bout those folks that work nites and sleep during the day' When I moved in it was suppose pet free complex,but the maintence man has had a dog since I moved in. What sense does that make' The new management seems put off when u tell them bout a problem with YOUR apartment. I have problems with the ants as well. Both the big one's and little ones. I leave goin to work @ 4:30 am. There needs to be more lighting outside.There used to be neswpaper machines outside the washrooms. Does anyone know where they went' The gates don't open up all way sometimes. They finnly put screens on my patio doors(after 3 yrs of asking). Then the ones they put up don't have locks. What's the point of having them if u can not lock them'
