I recently moved 2 weeks ago after living at Walnut Ridge for 1 1/2 years. The apartments are cheap but the quality is low. I lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and the rooms are too small. The walls are infested with termites. One wall was so soft you could push a nail in as if it was a push pin. Ants are a problem and huge water bugs. The water almost never completely turns off. I also only had one cable outlet that is located in the living room near a huge wall of bricks near the fireplace. Recently right before I moved the management failed to notify residents about new mailboxes that were going to be installed. I waited for mail for about 1 week. I ended up going to the post office to get my mail. The sprinklers gush up water in a huge geyser with big puddles of water everywhere. All in all the apartment community is quiet however some consideration and regular maintenance is needed to keep residents happy. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
