I have lived here for almost 2 years, and I have noticed that it is a high-turnover complex that is going downhill.
The apartment below me has had 3 different groups of it in. One nice couple, then a massivly wild group of partiers moved it, making noise all night long, then a freakish-looking woman moved in...with her loud stereo.
The roofs leaked like crazy, and the bedroom ceiling is rotten and molding now. The dishwasher doesn't clean dishes very well, the AC unit is so old that our electric bill is over $150/month in the summer (for an 800 sq. ft apartment)
The best thing about this complex are it HUGE balconies and the free hot water from community hot water tanks. You get 140 degree water, all year long, for free! Let it run hot for 4 hours if you want, there is plenty!
If new management were to come in, properly maintain the proerty, REPLACE THE OLD AC UNITS THAT ARE COSTING RESIDENTS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS PER YEAR IN WASTED ELECTRICITY, and just be nice to people... the good people would stay, and the punks would not move in.
