new management makes me happy to leave!!!

I have lived here for about 4 years and have watched management change several times. The latest manager is incompetent and lazy but thinks she is "super in-charge manager that takes care of problems" but if it is going to cost money to fix, forget it. my A/C required 8(!!) service calls before I finally got a new unit, and then the manager had an attitude when I told her that my apt was still hot.
I hate having to diagnose problems myself and then have to beg for the necessary repairs...the old maintenance guy was terrible but at least he was a nice guy. the new guy does the bare minimum but leaves super-detailed notes to make you think he did a lot (ex-"put tools away"...why do I need to know that''). Nothing ever gets fixed the first time, no matter what the notes say.
Overall, this place was cheap and I liked living here, but having to deal with the new management made me hate this place and want to flee. I am so happy my lease is up!
