Thank goodness I only signed a 6-months lease. Of the 5 apartments I've lived at. This one was the worst.

Throughout the entire raining season (March - July) I had to endure water coming from my ceiling. For months my place was damp, and I could mold on my walls. After several phone calls and 2 written notices that someone was sent to temporary fix a leak in my apartment. Yes, only temporary because after each rain, my walls and ceiling would be damp. And when the sun came out, my door wouldn't shut correctly. I had to use tremendous force to close and open my door.

I threatened to execute my right to move out in the middle of my lease due to the default of management that someone was finally sent to temporary fix the leak. They said that to fix the leak permanently, they would have to replace the roof of the whole building. Meanwhile, they couldn't just put tarps over the roof' Give me a break.

Oh yeah, while I was living there, a lady moved into my building. She said that she had lived on the first floor of one building. She moved to the 3rd floor because she found a huge snake in her apartment.

Find somewhere else to live!
