Between the IDIOT Superintendant, the IDIOT Managers, and the IDIOT Maintenance crew, this place is unbearable! At first, I thought that the only reason this place went to hell was because of the manager. She was worthless, fat, and lazy. Everytime something would break in my apartment, which was quite often, she would make up some lame excuses about them not having enough maintenance guys blah, blah, blah. I would be in the apartment office everyday asking why was my stuff not fixed. It would take me a month and sometimes MONTHS to get things fixed. There is some type of strange rotten wood stench all over my apartment, coming out of the air vents and creeping up my toilet bowl. I can clean my toilet bowl every day and this weird-ass mold comes back and makes my toilet look posessed by the ----- or something. This place is just sick and disgusting. EVERYTHING is falling apart! There isnt even an outgoing mail box. Paint and wood is chipping off of everything. When I finally met the manager, I realized she is the reason these apartments suck so bad. She doesn?t care about what is going on here and the owners probably don?t either. She is very unprofessional and cant manage her a$$ from a hole in the ground. I?ve been counting down the days until I leave this place and move to the Gables, god they are so nice!
