My roommate and I were apt. hunting and came across The Waterford. From the pictures it looked nice as they always do. When we called and asked about their 2/2's we were told that they had 2 great ones available. When we both took time off of work to go look at the floorplans, the manager told us they had no 2/2's available! We decided to drive around the property anyway-GHETTO!!!! We were seriously afraid...we had ghetto teenagers on bikes holding on to the back of my car. The inside is TRASHY!!! It may look nice on the outside but DO NOT waste your time unless you want to live in the GHETTO and probably get mugged or raped. Also don't waste your time with the white trash manager who will lie to you just to get you to come in.
