THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!
Please do not waste your time by even checking this place out. It does look nice on the internet and from the outside and office area, but once inside... BEWARE!!

1. We moved in July 2001 and our air conditioner was not fixed until the end of August, come on now, This Is TEXAS!!!
2. Very poor repair staff. It took them forever to even first come and look at the problem, then it took them another 2 weeks before the problem was fixed.
3. If you like your car, don't live here. Cars were CONSTANTLY being broken in to. Windows were always being broken and steros and valuables taken. Apartments were broken into as well.
4. Prostitutes do walk around and try to sell themselves to anyone and anything. They are scary and look like they are on some hard crack. They hit on my b/f he was scared.
5. They lost our rent and tried to evict us when we did pay. This is due to their "dumb" staff. DO NOT PAY IN MONEY ORDERS, they probably went shopping w/our $$

If that isn't enough please feel free to call me and ask. I am serious. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THE WATERFORD. IT WILL BE A VERY BIG MISTAKE!!

P.S. Don't let the UTA discount fool you, its still not worth it. You'd be better off if you lived at the library, they are open 24 hours!! :)
