I am a current tennant and I cant wait to get out. Don't let the nice exterior and "friendly" staff fool you, once they get you in it all changes.
1. maintenance is horrible. have had many problems and repeatedly reported them and they have yet to come fix any of them. (after 7 mos.)
2. the car problem is still here. always getting broken into. a couple of weeks ago they broke into them almost ever night of the week.
3. outside lights have been out for a long time making it frightening to walk to your car at night. and even easier for them to break into your car
4. security gates are constantly open letting anyone and anything into the apartment complex.
5. the vents in our apartments hadnt been changed since we moved in. had to do it ourselves
6. the pools were all out of order for almost 4 mos. opened 2 weeks before school started. whats the point'
7. worried more about spending a ton of money redoing the fitness center than fixing the security gates and the problems in the apts
I could go on for a really long time but hopefully that is enough to persuade you to not move in... it really is not worth it. hopefully we will be able to move as soon as our lease is up.
