I have lived at the Waterford for a little over four years.
I would recommend the Waterford to all my friends. Please note that there are many folks that have been here longer than myself and they are content.

As you read the postings you will see negative comments primarily from 2001-2002.
When I moved in in 2000 the place was great with a good manager. In 2001 the managment changed regulary and things went downhill.
The moral to this story is pay no attention to the comments of the past!

The property is well kept and the maintenance staff knows their stuff.
Our currant manager "Ray" is really a good guy AND HE CARES!
He lives on premises, walks the property at night and is involved.
We have developed a crime watch group to help keep our neighborhood safe.
Lot's of freindly people.
