I am a current resident there at the Waterford. There is new management and the property is beginning to look up. The potholes have been or are being fixed. The grounds are kept nice.

Last summer, they couldn't keep the pools clean, but so far they are except for after spring storms.

Maintainence is a little slow. It generally takes them 3 to 4 days depending on the severeity of your complaint.

The new office staff is excellent! They have all bent over backwards to help the current residents and trying to get the property back up after the last manager.

It is rumored that there is going to be a large scale renovation on the property to bring it's rating back up to a B property. Right now, it is probably a C on a A,B,C,D,F, property.

In general, I would suggest that you give the property a shot. The staff is great, the grounds are pretty. It is extremely convieniently located to just about everything. (About 6 to 7 minutes from UTA, 3 minutes away from the Ballpark, 4 away from Six Flags, there is a park just down the street on Randol Mill. It is also close to all kinds of eating establishments!)
