Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The new manager at the Waterford now is never there and is letting her Assistant run the property when she should be doing it. Even though the Waterford is going to be taken down , she should give all she has as a good manager should. Not gone ALL the time. All the other staff is GREAT!!
Maintance is on it when you need something done. But where is their manager when they need her and the restidents need her.OUT!!!!
