The apartment was filthy when we moved in, There was water damage in the bathroom that they never fixed. People kept tearing the fence down next to our apartment and walking through the apartment complex. There are lots of people loitering around the property asking for a cigarette from anyone. There was a known drug dealer living in the building next to us that management didnt evict until he had already lived there for 3 years!! They also must not do criminal background checks because a woman who commited some kind of crime fled from that state to Texas and lived two doors down from me and one night out of no where a bounty hunter kicked down her door and shot off eight shots into her dog!! That was the worst thing that ever happened. The parents that live there must teach their children to run out into the parking lot just as a car is driving through because they did it all the time to me. You would always see young children no older than 5 playing outside with no adult supervision. The maintenance team sucks at fixing stuff. I saw apartment balcolnies fall down. The apartment complex is littered with stray cats that the management team feeds and names names like hydro'! The only positive thing I can say about this apartment is that they will work with you if you're short on rent. You practically dont have to pay at all!!! We had people parking in our parking space all the time because they werent marked very well. The walls in the apartments are paper thin so you cen hear everything your neighbor is doing (literally)

I know the incident where your talking about the gunshots, it was a lady who let her neice come stay with her who had no idea that she was running fromt he law. As for paper thin walls, well you cant throw things through them ( i know who you are and saw your apartment when you skipped out in the middle of the night) saw the large holes you left. As for fixing things the maintenance rocks i usually get anything i request fixed within 24 hours. As for loitering kids playing in the streets are considered loiterers, they are kids playing in the street. As for parking i saw you park on the grass drive 50 miles an hour though the parking lot etc... i dont think you are one to criticize who has parking issues. As for paying rent, a good manager works with people in trouble she has worked with me several times. Skipping out in the middle of the night is one way to get out of it(if i remember right thats what i saw you do).
Oh the balcony falling down? Yes, i reported that to maintenance and they tore it down and rebuilt it for me. Most maintenance would of blown it off for the amount of work it was. I love this place have been here 8 years and will stay here til they retire me.

You are full of crap, ooglaboogla, on criticizing the poster about the parking. There is NO parking. People park in random palces because there is no parking and they get tickets for it. Its pretty common that you park 100 yards away from your apartment at night and on the walk to your door, there are 1 or 2 other people doing the same. I've had many coversations that go along the lines of "You walking back too? Yea. Man it's too damn cold to be walking this far! Yea, I know what you mean...". Getting a parking spot in front of your apartment is cause for a celebration here. Also, next time you try to respond to every single point of someones review, try not to pretend you were there for every goddamned instance like you are God or something. It is apparent you are with management and are trying to mitigate the circumstances.
