I lived at the Willows II for many years. I had to move out last year due to a job transfer, and have missed it ever since. I was online looking to move again (the place I live now is awful!) and saw the Willows on the apartment reveiw website and had to put in my two cents. I miss the Willows II. I lived there for so long that I had forgotten what most landlords are like. Any time I had a problem they sent someone out that same day to take care of it. The maintenance staff was always very pleasant and knew their jobs well. The office manager was always very nice and took the time to chat with me whenever I stopped in to pay rent or turn in a work order. One time I had a problem with a neighbor and within a month that neighbor was gone! The management doesn't put up with loud music or disruptive behavior, so it's a very quiet place to live. I would highly recommend this place and if I ever get sent back to Arlington, you can bet that's the first place I'll check!
