Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
way too many kids outside- "unsupervised" long live ther tenants claiming parking spots. lazy maintenance...and while i was there, the ofc mgr was had an offensive way of communicating. the apt isnt worth the dollar amnt. rent should be 525.00 all bills paid.
