I've lived here for only 6mos and I don't have any negative things to say, really. Maint. is always workign and things do get fixed fast. My neighbors are nice and I do not feel afraid at anytime of day in the area. There are many key shops/grocers all within 1 mile. Overall, I give these apartments a solid four out of five. Certain bldgs have certain "problems". Otherwise, you're not going to find anything better for the proce and the safety and location.
