Lived here for 3 years, left this year. The rent is kinda high, but its no high quality apt. You pay for your close proximity to the mall and I20.
My main complaints are not strict enough rental standards, obvious drug dealers roam around in the middle of the day. It isnt a good place to let the kids play unattended. The grounds are beautiful, but somewhere along the way someone forgot to pick up the dog poop and everyone followed suit. Fixtures and cabinets are a bit cheap. Apartment size is fairly good though, and the included washer and dryer is a plus. Maintenance workers are amazing and are there on a dime and fix everything
