I have lived here for one and one half years. My apartment, most specifically the
kitchen is falling apart. The other day the front to a cabinet door fell off.
My appliances are ancient and work poorly. The kitchen is small and designed
for one person, not a family. For the quality, this rent is too high. I am a
single mom and feel as if I am getting ripped off. In addition, the quality
of tenants they allow in is poor at best. I have the partying guy above me, the household with I am not sure how many illegals is in it, and the two rough looking
guys who constantly do car repairs in front of my apartment in their parking slot.

I urge anyone looking here make this a short term lease if it is all you can find.

you are far better off to rent a small home and pay the extra 200.00 a month.
