New Owners of this Property

The new owners of this property do not understand that Wimbledon Oaks was a true community. Under the old ownership, they had a wonderful assistant manager who made sure that the residents' needs were met and that we were treated as people and not seen as a dollar sign. These days are long gone! The new owner and manager cannot relate to people like me who enjoyed the comforts of my apartment - good neighbors (quality neighbors), good maintenance crew, and overall safety. Now, none of this exist under this new management. They are allowing anyone, with money, to move in - don't know if they still do background checks and can't tell you the last time someone has done a maintenance check of my apartment. I am not impressed with the new ownership and I am definitely not impressed with the lack of people skills of the new manager. I can honestly say that once I move, there will not be a referral. The needs of the residents should come first...
