I am a teenager and my roommate and I moved into their apartments. This was the first time for the both of us to be on our own... So they took full advantage of us! The manager at the time, Judy Green (who is now at their Waxahachie complex), comes across to be EXTREMELY nice! When it is time for you to move out, she makes sure that she can get as much money out of you as she can get! We were told by the receptionist there that one of the reasons she billed us so much was because she didn't like us!! Our move-out bill was over $1000!! We cleaned the apartment for two days before the keys were handed over and left it spotless... But to our surprise... we were charged $295.00 for them having to clean!! We were only there for 8 months! The grounds were never kept clean, the never fixed the hot tub (they said they would when we moved in), and they kept changing rules without them being on the lease. This apartment complex is ridiculous! If you want to go somewhere good, check out the Walnut Creek Apartment complex!

I agree with this review. It's like deja vu of my experience at these apts. The same manager was nice until she learned I was moving. Then she tried to accuse me of being a bad tenant and tried overcharging me when I moved out.

First off I would like to say that you are not really telling the whole story, I know the manager and have lived at Wimbledon for 6 years she is not anything like that. I happen to live in your building and the grounds keeper was your boyfriend who never looked like he bathed, which tells me that maybe your apartment was not that spotless as you claim.
