I have lived here since May of 2008 and hate it! Our neighbors are loud especially upstairs. The utilities is done for each building, not individually. Our bill has been getting higher every month. This month it actual doubled from the last! The property has only one water heater that does not support the demand well. If someone else is taking a shower while you are, then the hot water is interrupted with the cold water. The good thing about this apartment is the maintenance crew is reliable and knowledgeable and there is an off duty cop that lives here. The pool is pretty but the lawn needs work.When we first moved here, they had an entirely different staff that I liked and that I could actually count on to do what they said. The apartment is right by Cooper and you know it if you live here,because of all the noise. Kroger is right next door which is convenient but we have seen police activity there. The prices are about average. As far as I can see, there is no smoke detectors on the outside of the building. That means that if someone else's apartment caught on fire,I might not know. I would not recommend the place and will not be renewing my lease.
