I lived here for a year and a half. I moved out when my lease was up because my apartment was burglarized. The office staff was nice until they learned I was moving. Then they did a Jekyl/Hyde act. I didn't get any of my deposit back and the apartment was spotless. They signed off on my walk through and said I'd get it back. It took me 2 months to learn that I had a balance due!! They charged me for cleaning the apartment and tried to say I owed rent!! The office staff was so rude and there is no security. The water takes forever to get hot and the maintenance staff had a few rude workers. When they did the repair work on my front door they cleaned their paint brushes out in my bathroom sink and got watery paint splatters all over my mirror and bathroom counter. They tried to say that I did it!! I would not recommend this complex to anyone, especially 1st time apartment searchers. They'll take advantage of you!! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I just read this review and have to respond to your remarks, first off I have lived at Wimbledon for 4 yrs and have never had any issues maybe the issues begin with you not the management team.

Just because you're experience at the apartment complex wasn't like mine doesn't mean it didn't happen. If you have an opinion then write your own review and don't assume to know how the management treated other tenants. You're just as rude.

I moved out in the middle of my lease for a job relocation which my company paid the ~$3500.00 reletting fee. I moved out owing $0 and with good terms but found out two months later Wimbledon Oaks is suing me because I didnt clean my carpet.
My name is Joshua Walton and I am not ashamed to post my name.
I will be fighting this!
