Lived here for 1 year, first time apt. dweller, no trouble whatsoever with management, they're pretty friendly people
Those who have complained probably don't pay their rent on time
Lots of stores close by and you can walk to Kroger
Very rare that neighbors are noisy, I live facing Cooper and traffic noise isn't nearly as bad as you would think
Of course you should be safe and don't go walking around by yourself at night, that's a rule I would follow anywhere, I've heard two brief, loud arguments at night the whole time I've been here, I rarely see people hanging around at night or during the day, tends to be pretty quiet
Better than other places I've seen on Cooper
