Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002
 
I've been here almost 8 years with no renovations. The bathroom wall is falling down, the wiring is shoddy. etc. No oe is interested in your problems, only that you pay rent each month. Said rent has jumped 90 dollars in 2 years as the place contnues to fall apart.
