Disappointed Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived here for almost 4 years and I've never had any trouble, until the beginning of this year. The rent was raised tremendously when I renewed my lease and the quality of the area has went down unbelievably. I'm definitely not getting my money's worth. The only reason why we signed another lease was because this was my daughter's last year in school. It seems like as soon as I renewed that lease, the wrong type of residents were allowed to move in and alot of the good, quiet, residents moved out, practically in one week. We just want to be safe. I really regret renewing my lease.
