Woodbridge Townhomes

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   WHERE DO I BEGAN.....THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE....WE ARE BREAKING OUR LEASE TO MOVE... THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND TIME.....NO ONE CAME AND FIXED ANY THING IN OUR HOME....WE HAD TO CALL DOWN THERE EVERY DAY TO GET LIED TO ABOUT THE MAINTENCE MAN WAS COMING IN 15 MINS.... THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE...THE WINDOWS DIDN'T OPEN..AND SOME OF THE SCREENS WAS COMING OUT... A LOT OF THE COMPLIANTS WE MADE WERE NOT ACKNOWLEDGE... THE NEW MANAGER IS SO DUMB...SHE SAY ONE THING AND MEAN ANOTHER...SHE ARGUES WITH YOU WHEN SHE HASN'T EVEN BEEN HERE THAT LONG....SHE BLAMED US FOR WHAT THE OLD MANAGER WHO IS NO LONGER THER DID... OUR AIR UPSTAIRS DIDN'T NOW WORK AND WE HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE AND IT WAS COOLER OUT SIDE THEN IT WAS UPSTAIRS....WE TOLD -------(THE MGR) THAT IT WAS 82 DEGREES UPSTAIRS AND SHE SAID AS LONG AS IT WAS 80 SOMETHING OUT SIDE THEN WE COULD WAIT UNTIL THE MAINTENCE GETS TIME TO COME AND FIX IT.....TO AVOID HEADACHES AND STRESS PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THESE TOWNHOMES....
