Literally the WORST place to live. Constantly having electricity problems, maintenance will not answer his phone once he recognizes your number. Our "closed in patio" is a mud hole with a semi attached fence. And by semi attached I mean bolted to our brick wall to keep it from crumbling. They fired the old manager krystal and brought in brenda who does less than krystal did. The first week we lived here two cars were broken into on our street. Then a woman was assaulted the next week. Since then they put a ten o'clock cerfew, not allowed outside or in your car. I was unloading groceries at ten and the "cop" menaced me for ten minutes, took my name and unit, and continued to hassle me. Then there is the unit itself, disgusting. The windows in our unit were broken out and they did even bother to clean up the shards of glass. There are serious issues with bugs ants mostly. The electricity bills are outrageous and they drastically overcharge for the amount of actual usable space available. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

yup exactly why I moved...my electricity bills were running around $300 per month with monitored usage in a 1BDR!!!
