Very poor construction in these apartments. Paper thin walls and ceilings. You can hear every foot step of the tenants above you as the ceiling creaks. You can also hear your neighbors talk on the phone. Single pane windows let it lots of noise and drafts. Interior walls are crooked.

Lots of auto burglaries. I had an auto stolen and so did my neighbor. No security.
Nice part of town too.

Very close to busy streets and you can hear traffic drive by at all hours. Every two minutes a jet blasts overhead from 8am to 11pm. You can easily hear them when you are inside.

Comes with washer & dryer which is nice.

Management and maintenance are good.

The following comments apply to all apartments:

When you are looking for an apartment, ask them to show you the unit you would actually move into. If they refuse because "it is not ready" then they are hiding something. The models are always upstairs and well built and furnished.
