My husband and I lived on the bottom floor at Woodcreek for a little more than 2 years. There was a wonderful patio view of the creek from our back door.
We loved the apartments themselves, but we were awakened many a night by the loud upstairs neighbors. I've lived in apartments before and never had such loud upstairs neighbors, but that wasn't really the apartments' fault.
The maintenance service there was excellent. I had dishwasher and dryer problems, and they were completely replaced after a few phone calls. In the meantime, the manager allowed me to use an empty apartment next door for the dryer. That was nice.
There were a few problems with the insulation and really high energy and water bills. The actual construction of the apartments was not without fault.

I lived at Woodcreek for about 3 years. The apartment are older but very nice. The price is good. The only problem is that the management gets you no incentive to stay, in fact the raise the rent everytime I would signed a new lease. Don't get let them fool you with the redecorating fee scam. That is just adminstration fee. It was explained to me that when I move out all I would have to do was move out my thing and they would take care of cleaning. When I moved out and they took my deposit for a trashing out fee. I had great neighbors and had no issues with maintence or parking. It has a great pool. They reason I moved was because I moved to Houston. I would recommend living there.
